General Instructions:
1. The candidate recommended for medical examination will have to pass medical fitness test(s) conducted by the DMRC Administration to ensure that the candidates are medically fit in all respects to carry out the duties connected with the post. Visual Acuity standard is one of the important criteria of medical fitness. Candidates are not eligible for any alternative appointment if they fail in the medical examination conducted by the DMRC before appointment for any reason. 2. Technical Civil/Electrical/Electronics (S&T)/Architecture/Property Development/I.T. etc.) Physically fit in all respects. Visual Standards – Distant Vision: 6/9-6/9 or 6/6-6/12 with or without glasses & Near Vision: J.I-J.II with or without glasses (power of lenses not to exceed±4D), Colour Vision, Binocular Vision, Field of Vision & Night Vision should be normal.
3. Non-Technical (Accounts/Legal/Personnel etc.) Physically fit in all respects. Visual Standards – Distant Vision: 6/9-6/12 with or without glasses & Near Vision: J.I-J.II with or without glasses.
