• Report on SLAs & contractual compliance through MIS
• Manage interaction with Client Senior Management
• Owning/planning/scheduling customer governance calls/visits
• Oversee process changes and process improvements
CA
4-5 years post qualification in Finance & Accounting
Managed an outsourced F&A engagement
Good working knowledge of MS Office
SAP/ERP Platforms exposure
Excellent Communication skills
